Our training focuses on the standard pillars, but with a "Diagnostic" twist:
- 1. Sort (Seiri): Removing the "just in case" clutter that slows down production.
- 2. Set in Order (Seiton): Creating a home for every tool. If a tool is missing, the shadow board tells you immediately.
- 3. Shine (Seiso): Cleaning as a form of inspection. We teach teams to spot oil leaks or loose bolts while they "shine."
4. Standardize (Seiketsu): Creating the visual rules so anyone—even a new hire—can maintain the system.
- 5. Sustain (Shitsuke): The hardest part. We focus on building a culture where 5S is a habit, not a task for the boss.
